This role is for a leader who will cultivate strong customer relationships, act as the trusted advisor to the customer executive team.You will:

• Creates/owns solutions documentation and leads technical customer engagements.
• Leads executive level customer facing presentations.
• Responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients.
• Develops and implements best practices and process improvements throughout the organization.
• Build and develop team competence through certifications and training programs.

• 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or 8+ years with a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Azure VDI, Deployment Technologies (SCCM, Intune), MECM etc.
• Azure VDI\\SCCM\\MECM\\Intune Subject Matter Expert, exposure to Cyber Security Concepts
• Advanced writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer.
• Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in running multifunctional and remote teams
• Certification in SCCM\\MECM \\Intune design and administration.
• Experience in negotiating timelines and project requirements and building consensus
