- Lead Electronics engineering for New Product/System Development and ability to lead IPT with technical leader capacity.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams including software, hardware, and project teams to coordinate the technical efforts towards realizing project goals.
- Participate in design gate reviews such as CDR/PDR/TRL reviews.
- Prepare and review product specifications, reports, schedules and customer documents.
- Lead and contribute towards innovation and technology development.
- Experience in Analog, Digital and mixed signal electronics design with expertise in design analysis tools.
- Experience in Microprocessor / DSP based systems design, Mixed signal, high speed electronics systems design and development, including schematic capture and Board bring-up
- Experience in requirements capture and validation of requirements (DOORS) and requirements-based testing. And hardware/firmware/software integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and testing background. Ability to solve complex electronics and firmware issues.
- Experience in Aerospace qualification testing and Knowledge of DO-160, DO-254, HALT, HASS tests.
- Experience with communication protocols such as ARINC-429, ARINC-717, CAN.
- Bachelors/Masters (BR/BTECH or ME/ M Tech) Degree in Electronics/ Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
- 16-20 Years of experience from Aerospace/Automotive/Medical Equipment industry
- Familiarity with design for EMI/EMC compatible electronics and implementing the protection circuits as per aerospace standards.
- Experience in Matlab Modeling, working with DOORS
