Lead Cyber security:- Governance Risk & Compliance Individual hands on experience in IT-Security Compliance assessments, Experience with IT audit management, Experience with creating Information Security Framework and its related policies and procedures for IT Infrastructure management services. Roles and responsibilities include Pre-scoping, planning, fieldwork, review, analyse & Train the required individuals at the Organisation about the company process and policy and provide the guidance & recommendation with draft report to the management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess compliance with policies, standards, and regulations through the performance of risk assessments and controls testing and provide recommendations related to non-compliance areas requiring remediation.
• Establish centralized compliance repository including drafting and maintaining process and controls documentation, workflows, diagrams, and training materials/manuals related to IT processes.
• Assist in educating and training individuals across the organization including control and process owners related to compliance concepts, requirements, and responsibilities and establish awareness regarding role of the overall compliance function.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and or 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with IT controls frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171, 800-53, etc.
• Experience in cybersecurity control assessments
• Project Management experience
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships; strong team player, able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proactive, critical thinking skills.
• Strong written/verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated aptitude working with diverse talent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Security Certifications (i.e., Security +, CISSP, etc.)
• Experience facilitating and coordinating PCI assessments
• Industry Experience working with/for US DOD, commercial airlines, and aerospace OEMs
