You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring other physiotherapy staff. Responsibilities : To ensure a high standard of clinical care to inpatient under your management.

• To be competent in using a wide variety of assessment techniques and skills in conducting comprehensive assessments of patient\xe2\x80\x99s physical conditions and formulate effective, clinically reasoned individualized treatment plans.
• To assess patient\xe2\x80\x99s needs for any rehabilitative equipment and aids to improve safety and functioning within the home.
• Administering physiotherapy treatments to patients, such as exercise programs, manual therapy, technology-based therapy, and others as required.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient\xe2\x80\x99s progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Providing education to patients and their families about injury prevention, self-care, and treatment options.
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to other physiotherapy staff.
• Participating in quality improvement activities and professional development opportunities
• Participate in weekly reporting system.
• To maintain and demonstrate your own clinical professional development by keeping up to date with new treatment trends and research, incorporating them into your work as necessary.
• To always ensure best practice.

Requirements : A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise in
a variety of treatment modalities and patient populations.

• A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
• Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant software
• To demonstrate highly developed therapeutic handling skills requiring dexterity, co- ordination and palpation skills for accurate assessment, treatment and handling of patients.
