Learn more at betsol.com We are looking for a senior performance engineer experienced in performance testing who is ready to join the QA team responsible for Enterprise Backup and Recovery Products at BETSOL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing solutions for automation, performance, scalability, and reliability of our backup and recovery products. Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional requirements, use cases, and business needs. Design, develop, and maintain performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and programming languages. Analyze and interpret test results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues. Participate in the development and implementation of automation and performance testing best practices, processes, and methodologies. Conduct load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing to validate system performance under various conditions. Monitor and analyze system performance in production environments to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Generate automation, performance reports, and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.) 5+ years of experience in performance testing Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools Experience with performance tuning and optimization of web and mobile applications Strong understanding of backup and recovery technologies, on-premises and cloud storage Proficient in Linux or Unix operating systems Strong understanding of web application architecture, protocols, and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
