The Role


In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of APAC (based in Singapore), partnering with a global TAQ team. The role supports hiring primarily for the Product and Engineering teams in India. When required, manage hiring across the Sales, and Professional Services team in APAC.

As we continue to innovate and grow in India, we are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Technical Recruiter to join the APAC recruiting team. You will work closely with our CTO and his directs to build our team and own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, closing, and guiding candidates through the entire pipeline until their onboarding date. This role is a 100% remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own full-cycle recruiting for various teams especially Engineering by executing on sourcing strategies, driving pipelines, and presenting offers to close candidates
  • Hire those hard-to-come by engineering skills such as Java, React, C and C++
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to determine needs and priorities to create an effective recruiting process
  • Utilize market/industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize your search and reach-out strategy
  • Spearhead recruiting efforts and conduct phone screens for a wide variety of technical positions
  • Deliver a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process
  • Track and monitor recruiting pipelines for weekly executive meetings
  • Act as the primary point of contact to build deep and influential candidate relationships during the entire interview process
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience preferably from an enterprise SaaS company

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using iCIMS as an ATS
  • Should have a strong knowledge of tools and resources surrounding the internet, social media and job board sites
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the recruiting process and developing trust with hiring managers and Executive stakeholders
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fluid environment with a high drive to succeed
