Senior Partner Relationship Manger , APAC , who will be a part of the India Leadership team and will have functional reporting to the MD, APAC. Responsibilities
Business Development/Opportunities for Program Expansion \xe2\x80\x93 ongoing evaluation and prioritization of program expansion opportunities;
Continuous Improvement \xe2\x80\x93 use experience, data and analytics to drive improvements in program process, utilization and satisfaction;
Thought Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 through regular communications and executive client presentations, bring current trends, data/analysis and subject matter expertise to advancing overall approach to MSP solutions.
Implementation & Program Go-Live \xe2\x80\x93 partner implementation resources to ensure effective implementation planning, project milestone management, account management installation, and client communication.
Day-to-Day Operations \xe2\x80\x93 ensure SLA/KPI compliance is met at all levels;
Supplier/Vendor Management \xe2\x80\x93 supplier rationalization and optimization;
Client Relationship & Satisfaction Management \xe2\x80\x93 develop and maintain exceptional business relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors;
Project Management \xe2\x80\x93 overall responsibility for management and implementation of program/project modifications and enhancements;
Billing, Reporting & Analytics \xe2\x80\x93 ensure accurate and timely billing, reporting and ongoing analysis (includes both scheduled and ad hoc requests).
Personnel management - day-to-day responsibilities, team dynamics, annual goals, performance management, career development, mentorship, etc.;
Communication \xe2\x80\x93 delivery of relevant corporate, client and team communications;
Issue Resolution \xe2\x80\x93 ongoing management and resolution of any program/team/personnel issues.
Responsibility of ensuring that annual program financial objectives are met.
This involves having a complete understanding of all components of the program P&L (headcount, spend, revenue, system costs, operating expenses & operating income) so as to meet/exceed annual budgets.
Skills and Experience required.
Experience managing Information Technology MSP or working in an MSP organization
12-15 years MSP experience preferred
