What You Bring to the Role:

Job Responsibilities
  • Leverage an understanding of recruitment operations with a focus on experience management, to support critical transactional components such as, offer generation, candidate follow up, background vetting, onboarding processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as HR Service Delivery, HR Technology, HR Operations, Talent Operation Managers
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on HR Process on a need basis
  • Model good work habits and appropriate use of procedures and controls.
  • Assist with problem solving and analysis to improve processes and candidate experience.
  • Work independently in a fast paced, task oriented role while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience following structured processes
  • Monitor and report deliverables vs metrics/SLAs
  • Coach recruiters on process and system compliance and delivery
  • Facilitate TA onboarding and enablement through managing TA process and policy governance/compliance
  • Identify process/system gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in talent acquisition or in operations
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition technology systems, preferably Workday
  • Experience in driving process and systems advancement across a team
  • Relationship building, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills are required
  • Proven work experience with understanding and knowledge of internal process flow and movements
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Have an associate degree or equivalent experience
