Key Responsibilities:- Engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a warm welcome and detailed product education on CBS/CLS offerings.- Demonstrate products, emphasizing features, value, and lifestyle benefits.- Generate and share customer leads with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.- Ensure the sales team follows up post-visit, guiding customers through their purchase decisions.- Educate customers about new and existing products, highlighting USPs and competitive advantages.- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and overall experience.- Assist customers in locating the nearest dealers for convenience.- Drive CBS revenue growth across different verticals by ensuring targeted conversions.- Manage product displays according to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and maintain showroom cleanliness.- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through effective inventory management and reconciliation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site visits, product availability, and seamless sales closure.
