What this job involves:

Putting space planning in place

As an industry leader, JLL not only thinks of ways to optimise a workplace\xe2\x80\x94we also make sure that everybody is well looked after, assisted with relocation and spaces are best utilized across the region.

As the person in charge, you\xe2\x80\x99ll see to it that Relocations Deemed Low Impact will be undertaken by the Service Provider, who will engage with all relevant suppliers to facilitate the move, with co-ordinated self-moves / locker moves in Flexible Environments where practical. The Service Provider will also manage the communications about the move to those that will be affected.
All moves are completed in accordance with time, cost and quality requirements. Report data to be available at city, region, state, national and business unit level.

Provide monthly status report detailing progress to plan space and cost reduction including identification of any risks. Service Provider to ensure that all information provided to Telstra is accurate.
To coincide with any physical relocations during/after hours.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be the go-to person for all things related to space planning. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide valuable insights and technical advice on mitigating risks. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also organise and roll out effective communication plans for the region. Performing routine inspections, reviews and audits is part of your mandate, too.

Supporting our teams across APAC

As the person in charge, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with site teams to ensure that our safety measures and procedures are adhered to. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll constantly collaborate with our account teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and determine cost-effective ways in implementing our safety standards.

Also part of your scope is to build good working relationship with our clients and contractors. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work side-by-side with facilities team in handling key external and internal stakeholders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also support our procurement team in selecting contractors, and ensuring that these approved experts follow safety standards in place.

As the person in charge, you must have superior verbal and written communications skills to cover a wide range to client-engagement tasks such as meetings, presentations and reports. These skills will also prove useful when working with multicultural teams.

Likewise, we want someone who can constantly deliver innovative solutions based on the clients\xe2\x80\x99 business needs. A team player at heart, the ideal candidate must also strike a perfect balance between our clients\xe2\x80\x99 demands and deadlines. Your expertise in drafting account policies and training materials will also be a big plus.
