Our Senior Network Engineers form part of both our NOC and our project teams making this an unique opportunity for a talented Network Engineer looking to develop their career. What will you be doing? The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients globally, helping to deliver several technical projects and services. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support as part of a large network team supporting multiple clients. With specific duties including:

• Working with customers on projects and technical solutions producing configuration and installation documentation,
• Carrying out network design, specification and configuration.
• Troubleshooting network problems Researching specific solutions and projects,
• Managing network changes in accordance with any required change management process, providing 3rd line technical support.

What skills and experience are we looking for? As our new Senior Network Engineer it is essential:

• Experience as a 3rd line engineer
• you can show a proven record of working on your own initiative and within a team delivering technical support and robust business solutions.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and ?can do? and flexible attitudes
• Proven hands on Cisco experience.
• CCNP certified
