Description Proactive Network Operations Team is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Senior Network Engineer with strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless, Meraki Wireless, and Cisco ISE. This role serves as the enterprise wireless and authentication technical expert and has ownership driving standards that align with KGS technology vision and strategy. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work closely with a talented global technical team responsible for supporting Koch’s global enterprise communications environment. A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the wireless and authentication services and working closely with engineering, delivery, and escalated operations.
• Partner with architecture and customers to vet, recommend changes to wireless and authentication systems based on proactive mindset.
• Own implementation of new standards defined by engineering based on changes in business requirements.
• Communicate with customers to assist in resolving proactive issues and provide high level of customer service.
• Own wireless capacity management and recommend changes along with collaboration of engineering.
• Work on complex problem tickets and trend analysis to resolve repeated wireless issues.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
• Work with Cisco TAC or other vendors for required support.
• Identify automation opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Total 8+ years of experience with 5+ years enterprise wireless networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco WLCs and WLC hosted wireless access points.
• Strong knowledge of Meraki access points and console.
• 5+ years Cisco ISE functionality and troubleshooting experience including RADIUS, TACACS, and various policy elements common with those technologies.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management protocols.
• Strong communications skillset including presenting to technical and non-technical stake holders.
• Experience in leading and working on a large-scale network project.
• Practical experience with all common transport and routing protocols with a specific emphasis on BGP and OSPF.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience leading and working on enterprise ISE, Meraki and wireless rollouts. CCNP (Wireless, Routing & Switching, or Enterprise) Koch is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace
