Linux Networking Troubleshooting Routing and Switching Installation Configuration SQL IT Infrastructure Management Windows Server Administration

Minimum 5 years of network infrastructure experience
Preferred Retail (IT) experience
Knowledge on one or more of the following - Network operating systems, WLAN, Cloud environment, network topologies, network hardware, computer operating systems, routing, switching, data privacy, security, and telecommunication systems
Detailed knowledge on network services availability, performance, and security
Proven analytical skills and ability to lead teams/projects
Understand multiple networking tools such as Nmap, Sam Spade, NetScanTools Pro, SuperScan, NetCat, Ethereal, EtterCap, Snort, WinDump/ TCPDump, DSniff, Fport, PsTools, Tlist, Tasklist, and Process Killer, Solarwinds Engineering Toolset
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, and present a professional demeanor
Troubleshooting and organizational skills with ability to adapt to changing requirements
Have some key attributes like maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect, and upholding company values
Proven ability to work independently and in a team, and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously
Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
