We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to help us with our content and growth strategy.

The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for the development and visualization of creative concepts, as well as technical execution of motion graphics and video editing for our original productions, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, websites, mobile apps, etc.

You will work closely with the Design and Marketing teams to deliver quality results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer
• Proficient skill set across the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator, together with Cinema 4D.
• Focused creative thinking while multitasking on several assignments and overlapping deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design layout, graphics creation, colour correction and audio mixing.
• Work well under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Interest in new technology innovation.
• Creative energy, confidence, self-motivation
• Impeccable attention to detail, building clean, well-prepared files
• Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphic Design, or animation. Or similar experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative team and digital marketing team to articulate and execute ad designs.
• Design, conceptualise and produce mood boards, storyboards, animation sketches, sample animatics, including music and voiceover.
• Create new, as well as repurpose visual content for digital marketing ad campaigns.
• Design and produce final motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video and/or 3D animation in various media including web, mobile etc.
• Edit raw video footage and enhance production.
• Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
• Contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement.
• Research new design ideas, stay on top of new channels and digital social trends.
• Continuously push the creative boundaries and love to test new ad formats with a focus on performance.
