We are looking for an ETL Developer to join our Enterprise Data Team within our athenaIT division in Bangalore. Your job will be to build Integrations and data pipelines for the data team and its stakeholders. Help us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers. Apply your technical skills towards allowing doctors to be doctors so that they can spend more time doing what they do best: provide patient care. Position overview:

You are a developer who are a fast learner, well versed in programming languages like Python and has good experience working as a backend data engineer (Good with writing Stored Procs) and professional with ETL tools like Informatica. You must be able to guide and mentor a set of junior developers to groom their capabilities. You will be partnering with Product and Business leadership on a day-to-day basis for requirements and prioritization. You are a tenacious, but nimble learner, who demonstrates design & engineering excellence.

You also need to support with the implementation of next gen billing platform which enables complex business models at scale and with financial integrity.

Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Act as the subject matter expert for area of assignment

\xc2\xb7 Participate on scrum teams following practices outlined by team.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and troubleshoot complex technical issues until resolution.

\xc2\xb7 Understand and follow engineering conventions, architectures, and best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Own the lifecycle of an issue from start to finish, ensuring proactive communication with our customers and the backend engineering teams.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify and proposes new, alternative technology to create scalable implementations and achieve results.

\xc2\xb7 Advise and train members of the team to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.

Typical Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 6-9 years of experience in an engineering role (in the role of an ETL developer)

\xc2\xb7 Experience in an Agile environment preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in Computer science or related fields

\xc2\xb7 Significant software engineering skills and computer science experience

\xc2\xb7 Expert knowledge of Informatica ETL Tool (IICS, Informatica Power Center, IICS, Real Time Integrations, Data Governance)

\xc2\xb7 Good experience with Python Programming

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for coding, designing, deploying, and debugging development projects, typically on the server-side (or back-end) using Python.

\xc2\xb7 Expert knowledge of Web Services/API\xe2\x80\x99s (REST, SOAP) protocols

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of at least one RDBMS platform such as: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to SaaS application such as: Salesforce, Salesforce Wave, Salesforce Cloud Coach, Eloqua, Workday, Kenexa, Oracle Fusion Apps, Cornerstone, Service Now and Jira

\xc2\xb7 Good backend development experience and ability to write Stored Procs.

\xc2\xb7 Good experience working on Linux/Windows Environment
