The Impact: In this Master & Reference Data Analyst role, you will be responsible for supporting efforts to consolidate and enhance our master and reference data offerings. The role requires partnering with stakeholders, analysts and team members on an international level and is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop in the data governance and mastering field. Responsibilities: Support the integration and mastering of data within the organization. Evaluate, establish, and ascertain compatibility between adjacent data sets for integration purposes and in support of open data initiatives. Assist in the development of master and reference data management strategies. Conduct thorough research and analysis, gather associated information and data, and investigate relationships between data objects to support requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to align on priorities and communicate requirements. Engage with stakeholders and data stewards through knowledge sharing, training and education. Qualifications: Hands-on experience and knowledge of master and reference data within databases. Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in querying relational and non-relational database types. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of and proficiency in the agile development life cycle framework. Good research, analytic, problem-solving and presentation skills. Work effectively as a part of an international team as well as a strong capacity to work independently with accountability, adaptability and a sense of urgency.
