Work you\'ll do as a Customer Master Data Management Analyst

• Manage customer data entry including responsibility for validation, accuracy, and overseeing customer hierarchy system setup via analytical tools and research
• Accountable for documenting data classifications and terminology
• Responsible for improving data quality to ensure trust and confidence in using data to drive business decisions
• Drive policies, procedures, and internal controls affecting the quality of data
• Collaborate with sales and operational staff to evaluate customer data quality and address those needs through standard procedures and data entry processes
• Consult functional business owners to ensure accurate representation of customer data definitions and key attributes as \xe2\x80\x9csingle source of truth\xe2\x80\x9d

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience working with and/or using complex multi-tier customer structures in Enterprise environments
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in data management, data science, etc. preferred
• Hands on experience researching master data by using external and internal application and data resources
• Experience using enterprise systems for Data Analysis and Data Entry; Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Experience with data entry and cleansing

• Strong customer service and communication skills, written and verbal
• Track record of establishing strong, consultative working relationships and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to drive deliverables independently, manage workload to drive results, and prioritize tasks based on sense of urgency
• Diligence and attention to detail
