About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist (2+ years) to join our team as Second-in-Command. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a range of massage techniques, support daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to client needs.
Maintain a clean, relaxing, and organized treatment environment.
Support the Lead Therapist or Spa Manager with scheduling and operations.
Guide and mentor junior therapists when required.
Ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a spa, resort, or wellness environment.
Certified in massage therapy.
Strong sense of hygiene, cleanliness, and personal grooming.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Compensation
Salary: ₹22,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience).
Commission on each massage + client tips.
