Job Profile:- Designation-Sr.Marketing Manager Industry-Hospitality(Restaurants) CTC - up to 28 Lacs Work Location : Andheri East Roles & Responsibilities : The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing programs that increase brand exposure and restaurant sales for our food service businesses. The Brand Marketing Manager will require a thorough understanding of business and marketing strategy and will become the Brand Custodian for the brand in the respective markets. This includes excellent communication skills, clear knowledge of marketing channels, with the ability to project manage, multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Brand Calendar - Chart out annual, quarterly, and monthly plans covering key campaigns, tactical activities for achieving the sales as per AOP, in-line with brand positioning Budgets and Cost Management - Manage and optimize the annual marketing budgets, with efforts towards cost savings through streamlined processes Marketing Campaigns - Ideate and drive unique campaigns and consumer promotions designed around the brand\'s positioning and core strengths (special menus, events, offers, festivals, etc) Customer Experience - Custodian of brand identity to maintain consistency and excellence of customer experience across every touchpoint of the brand (in-store, offline, online) Marketing Channels - Plan appropriate use of all online and offline marketing channels to optimize benefits (In-store Collateral, PR, Influencers, Social, Digital, WhatsApp, Email, CRM, LSM, Tie-ups, etc) Collateral Design - Manage the design, copy, image, and content needed in the development of creative communication tools, collateral, ads, creatives, graphics, and other promotional activities, championing the brand identity across all online and offline material Event Management - Coordination with event/ sound/ tech/ production vendors for smooth event flow and driven business. PR (Public & Media Relations) - Liase with PR agency for maximizing coverage, brand mention and build stickiness Social Media Management - Work closely with social media agency to build and grow brand presence, establish positioning on platforms , performance marketing. Influencer Engagement - Selecting the right mix of influencers to be ambassadors for the brands thereby maximizing on visibility and recall amongst various target groups Strategic Partnerships - Partner with brands that complement our positioning and target audience for increased cross marketing through curated collaborative campaigns Content Production - Effectively direct and coordinate photo and video shoots to suit brand and campaign mood board along with latest rich media formats Growth & Performance Marketing - Plan and execute paid as well as organic digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive more ROI and conversions with appropriate ads and performance marketing strategy Digital Marketing - Manage the website with regular updates, optimized SEO; drive marketing efficiency across existing and new channels (SEO, SEM, FB, YouTube, etc) Aggregator Management - End-to-end hygiene management of home delivery listings on portals like Google, etc. Preferred to have knowledge about liquor since will be coordinating with various liquor companies for tie ups and meeting commitments as per agreement for joint roll out of marketing campaigns and volume achievement. Reports and Analysis - Set KPIs for optimizing key sub functions of marketing and presentation, analysis and tracking of reports based on set KPIs Team Management - Effectively manage and work with teams, agencies, vendors, partners as well as cross functional departments, preferred to have lead a team of minimum 5 team members Should have handled marketing for multi city and muti outlets. Requirement: Degree-level qualification in a hospitality and/or marketing field Proficient in MS Office, and CRM tools like Zoho/ Salesforce/ or similar Minimum 5 years\' experience in a mid-senior brand marketing role having managed multiple marketing vendors, agencies, and team members Knowledge of international markets, social trends, latest happenings in the industry Excellent organizational and planning skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Keen eye for detail with content, copy, design, and aesthetics Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges Positive attitude and effective communication skills Commitment to delivering an elevated level of customer experience Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative Passion for hospitality and/or food as an industry and marketing as a function Referred someone who has had a good exposure and travelled across the globe, experienced good restaurants and bars.( not a mandatory requirement though) If you have any queries, please call Kritav on 7304994033.
