Position: Senior Marketing Manager (Offline and Online)

Care24 is a leading in-home healthcare patient-care service provider serving ~900 patients/day in Mumbai and Delhi. We offer medical care at home, workplace, or travel including consultations, nursing, attendant care, Infant Care, Physiotherapy, diagnostic lab, equipment, and pharmacy through its 1500+ specially trained medical and paramedic professionals. Position Overview:

Senior Marketing Manager, who reports and directly works with the SVP Operations, manages the team of 2 in Mumbai. This role will own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Online and Offline marketing by developing and managing all marketing channel programs, supporting business objectives, leading acquisition and fostering customer retention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all online and offline marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple sales channels and customer touch points.

- Contribute to short & long-term organizational planning and strategy in support of the SVP.

- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners

- Plan out localized BTL campaigns.

- Organizing company conferences and customer/partner events.

What we are looking at:

- Any Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing with 2-3 years of experience into online/Offline marketing preferably from a B2C/Service sector.

- Run the vertical like your own business.

- Early-stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker.

- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

- Maintains online/offline relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.

- Experience towards ROI campaigns, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics

- Should be willing to be a part of fast-paced aggressive work culture growing start-up.

- Actively involved in end-to-end execution of Offline marketing campaigns

- Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset ability to see and derive value out of every association

Compensation: Up to 12 LPA + 3 LPA Variables
