Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and drive marketing efforts for our Solutions, Talent Services, and Innovative Platforms. This role is crucial to accelerate growth path, support business objectives, generate leads, foster customer retention, and accelerate sales. This is a leadership role accountable for the design and execution of marketing strategy, targeted campaigns, and digital engagement in support of Horizontal and Industry Practices. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with leaders across our practice landscape (Digital Experience, Data and Analytics, Security, Integration, Application Development, and Intelligent Automation) and industry breadth (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector and Diverse Industries) to drive demand and Service Offering awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor the marketing strategies and develop/drive marketing campaigns.
• Track results and evolve strategy and campaigns.
• Establish brand standards and implement programs to generate consistency, compliance and quality of internal / external content and messaging.
• Monitor and evolve the marketing technology stack.
• Conduct competitive research to support marketing and sales goals.
• Develop content (omnichannel) and materials in support of Practice strategy and campaigns
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with groups across the organization and partner ecosystem, including creative, PR, lead generation, and sales.
• Develop field marketing programs to support national and regional sales and partners.
• Investigate and monitor market and competitive developments to inform campaigns and business strategy.
• Report on impact of marketing efforts on achieving business goals.
• Support internal marketing communications to keep employees informed of key initiatives.
• Manage content development.
• Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Horizontal practices and Industry groups to initiate, execute and monitor marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage and oversee internal and external marketing resources to ensure optimum productivity and results.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing programs / campaigns, preferably for IT consulting and professional service organizations.
• Awareness of business and technology trends driving consumption of IT services.
• Experience with collaboration of a matrix organization, including sales, delivery, operations and internal IT.
• Excellent writing skills with strong track record of content generation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strategy, execution and monitoring.
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
• Success supporting digital and direct response marketing.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional independent problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and Microsoft dynamics.
• Leadership skills.
