Position: Marketing Senior Manager Experience - 10+ years (Mostly into IT services) Qualification - MBA Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Factspan Overview: Factspan is a pure play data and analytics services organization. Our customers include industry leaders from Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, and technology sectors. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the company\'s customer base. Research and analyze potential clients and industries to identify key decision-makers, opportunities to connect, and market trends. Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication. Identify new business opportunities through email prospecting, LinkedIn social selling, cold- calling, networking, and industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts to win new business. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress against goals using CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate new leads. Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities. Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts. Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
