Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Manager/Sr. Manager to lead end-to-end quality functions at a state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal role ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and product integrity. You'll work closely with leadership, production, and vendors to uphold global quality standards.

• Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance
• Manage internal audits, CAPAs, and customer complaint resolution
• Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Review and approve raw and packaging material quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like OEE and 5S
• Oversee GMP compliance in production and warehouse operations
• Lead quality-related training and SOP revisions across departments
• Coordinate finished goods release and vendor performance reviews

• 12-15 years of experience in quality roles within the food industry
• A Master's in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
• Strong expertise in QMS, food safety regulations, and process audits

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis skills
• A proactive mindset with a drive for operational excellence
