Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 200 Cr. & employee strength of 200 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.
Designation: Senior Manager-Quality
Sector: Ecommerce
Location: Factory / Playpipers
Salary: 1000000 - 1200000
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Textile/Polymer Engineering or related disciplines or Bachelor's degree
Experience: 15 Years
Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality Management & Compliance
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO IMS, BIS, and MR regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with BIS standards for toys, including safety, electrical, mechanical, and chemical requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits (BIS, ISO, customer audits) and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
• Product & Process Quality
• Oversee quality assurance for plastic parts, metal components, and electrical/electronic circuits used in toys.
• Approve quality plans, inspection standards, control plans, and testing protocols.
• Handle root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor supplier quality, conduct vendor audits, and drive supplier improvement programs
