3. Interface and contact person between Function Leads, HR and team leads. With HR, drive promotion process, Career progression program ownership, Recognition Program - function approach, budget strategy, function level tracking and Team specific learning agenda strategy, onboarding approach
4. Function Champions Assignments, Change Management ownership. Specific foundational marketing program ownership (budget, activities, M+C Plan entry). Special projects program leadership as requested by Function Lead
5. Responsible for owning the financial plan and ensuring financial accuracy while serving as the liaison between M+C Finance, the Team POCs, and their respective Function Lead
