Provide appropriate MIS reports around execution of various initiatives, budget, Service line goals & achievements.
Gather, analyse, and interpret external and internal data and write reports/findings etc.
Drive quarterly growth opportunity analysis and develop and implement strategic actions around them.

Role purpose:
The role is to supervise and lead range of strategic tasks and initiatives to ensure business strategies are being implemented in time and effective. The role will be the in-charge of managing key strategic initiatives along with management of data, MIS and compliance of the function. The role requires excellent interpersonal & leadership Skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to create excellent digital content for the service-line. As an ideal candidate, you need to have, \xe2\x80\x9ca track record of outstanding managerial experience\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cmanaged day-to-day operational activities including IT delivery, People and budget management\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9csound digital content writing experience\xe2\x80\x9d.
Experience:
Overall, 15 + years of IT experience
At least 3-5 years of experience as a digital/business manager or relevant managerial role
Must have hold prior management positions with various types of businesses
At least 5 years of Project/Program management experience
At least 2 years\' experience in digital content writing.
Experience working within a continuous content production environment.
Job Responsibility
Assists with and advises on the future customer demands / trends, giving direction for improvements on Vodafone Infrastructure Management practices and procedures to support the achievement of the Technology strategy;
Drives and maintains the delivery of Vodafone Infrastructure Management requirements and initiatives through the identification of business requirements and IT database needs, including coordination of security, maintenance and utilisation;
Has full people supervisory responsibility for a team of Infrastructure Operations professionals who perform regular system reviews and pro-active performance and resilience improvements in order to provide best customer experience;
Maintains solid relations with internal and external partners;
Demonstrates solid communication skills, managing vendors of assigned systems. Reviews vendor incidents regularly and organises vendor meetings to ensure that all incidents are solved according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
Uses best practice knowledge to keep the consistency in infrastructure compliance with Vodafone Group standards;
Understands the theories and practices across the service performance spectrum, leading refresh and/or decommission of programmes that improve service availability effectiveness;
Understands IT/Network infrastructure challenges across firewalls, file transfer protocols, proxy servers, data centres, cloud, virtualisation, storage and backup areas.
