Job Description
Operational Risk Manager - SM/CMLooking for one of the leading Indian private bank of India for the location of MumbaiThe role entails managing operational risk and compliance for retail assets. The role will closely collaborate with the product, business, Credit, Collections, Policy and operations teams to drive effective implementation of Operational risk framework and adherence to regulatory requirements. It includes building up of processes and framing of SOPs.- Assist all stakeholders in quarterly performance of Risk control self assessment, data submission for KRI (Key Risk indicators)- Enhance understanding of operational risk and compliance.- Manage operational risk events, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective action- Review of SOPs/Policies from Operational risk and compliance perspective- Timely closure of Operational risk actionable and regulatory compliances
