Job Description
Position Summary with Job Responsibilities This role will be responsible for developing project plan for Final Vehicle Assy (TCF), especially for the End of line diagnostic process where ECU communication is involved, which include capacity & sustenance planning, aligning with regulatory norms, planning of new product development projects & facilitating process standardization across plants. This roles also required working on Other End of line facility such as :- 1) Roll & Brake testers 2) Wheel alignment & Head lamp aiming M/c 3) Brake, coolant, A/C,PS, TA oil etc. Filing Machines 4) ECOS Systems (Electrical check out system) Education BE( Electrical/Electronics) Work Experience Exp-3 to 5 years Preferred Industry- Experience working in Vehicle Assy especially in the End of line diagnostic processes with strong analyzing skills, planning skills Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Developing Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Driving Execution - Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standards Leading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Motivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individuals Functional Competencies Tags
