Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier professionals who share our dedication to delivering superior healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the hospital.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry partnerships, to identify and engage with qualified candidates.

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of high-caliber individuals.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of a talent pool, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to the organization\'s success.

Qualifications:

Full-time MBA from a tier 1 city Premier Institute.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting for healthcare or related industries.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
