Key Responsibilities



Strategic Talent Acquisition



Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business expansion and manpower plans. Partner with leadership and business heads to forecast hiring needs for doctors, clinical staff, optometrists, nurses, technicians, and corporate roles. Drive initiatives for building a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Management



Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Manage bulk hiring for hospitals and greenfield projects. Ensure compliance with hiring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Leadership & Team Management



Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team across regions. Set performance metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and track recruitment effectiveness. Build strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Employer Branding & Campus Hiring



Strengthen Maxivision's employer brand in the healthcare ecosystem. Drive campus hiring programs for clinical and management talent. Build relationships with medical colleges, nursing institutes, and training academies.

Vendor & Partner Management



Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals. Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal cost and service delivery. Leverage digital platforms and social media for talent sourcing.

Process Excellence & Compliance



Standardize recruitment processes and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements. Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics for data-driven decision-making. Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong expertise in healthcare recruitment (clinical & non-clinical roles). Proven experience in high-volume and niche hiring. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities. Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. Leadership and people management excellence.
