Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Technical recruitment)
Our client is an IT services and consulting firm based out of Noida and we are looking for someone with 12+ years of experience in hiring IT roles like Application Development, Java, Python, AI, ML, Fullstack, Architect, Engineering, Data science roles, etc.
We need someone with Lateral hiring experience (hiring volumes close to 800-900) and managing a team of 12- 15 recruiters.
Location: Noida (on site opportunity)
Role Requirement:
- 15 + years of experience in total in Talent Acquisition - Technical Recruitment (hiring for skillsets like Application Development, Java, Python, ML,AI, Full stack, architecture, .Net, Engineering,Data science, etc.)
- Must have extensive experience in lateral hiring and volume hiring (700-900 in numbers)
- Team management experience - must have managed a team of at least 10-15 recruiters
- The role reports to the Senior Director
- Work from office- 5 days a week
