The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment strategy and execution for a life insurance business, ensuring the organisation attracts top talent for its Human Resources department. This role is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in talent acquisition within the insurance sector.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals across the organisation.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour laws during the hiring process.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in the talent acquisition function.
