Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Role Title: Senior Manager: Talent Acquisition - GEMS
Reporting Manager: Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai (Geetanil)
Purpose of the Role:
GEMS is a development initiative designed to encourage employees to participate and collaborate in interesting and live Projects across the organization; giving them an opportunity to acquire/scale-up their capabilities through exposure in diverse cross-functional projects.
This particular role is expected to lead, redesign and execute the GEMS initiative across the organization. This would involve collaborating with stakeholders and partner to drive and deliver a seamless experience. The role holder will also be responsible for driving all the branding initiatives for GEMS.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end process for GEMS on the digital platform:

  • Publish the projects raised by project guides
  • Screen the applications as per the GEMS eligibility parameters
  • Share the shortlisted profiles with the project guides
  • Ensure the mid - term review for the projects are completed on time
  • Ensure final evaluation of the projects are completed within the defined timelines
  • Completion certificate to be shared with the employees who have successfully completed the projects
  • Maintain database and publish reports to stakeholders as required
  • Act as strategic partners to project guides and partner with BHRs for seamless execution
  • Develop and execute branding campaigns and initiatives to enhance the awareness for GEMS
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team and external partners to create engaging messaging through collaterals that are in line with our branding guidelines
  • Partner with C&B team to design a reward mechanism for GEMS and integrate it with the organization wide reward system
  • Introduce valedictory meets to recognize the project guides and employees who have participated in the projects
  • Create leader boards and publish on the digital platform
  • Capitalize on employee stories published on the platform and re-inforce brand visibility thus encouraging maximum participation
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Post Graduate candidate with basic understanding of HR domain
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to think creatively and work cross functionally
