Job Description

A leading FMCG client of ours is looking for a Senior Manager-Supply Chain Finance, for their GBS Centre based in Ahmedabad. Candidates must have experience with Global Business Services/Shared Services companies.

This role is based in Ahmedabad and does not have work from home/ hybrid/ remote working options. This will be based in AHMEDABAD

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for analyzing financial data related to supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, and logistics.

- Own monthly performance reviews, budgeting and strategic planning cycles and Operations continuous improvement program.

- Lead transformation projects in Supply Chain finance to step-change function capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain, acting as business partner.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making and forecasting.

- Provide performance analysis and recommendations to senior management.

- Develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders from different Zones and Functions to drive projects and changes through influencing.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the team of analysts.

Qualifications:

- Master\'s degree in Finance

- 8+ years of experience in supply chain finance or related field, with at least 3 years in a team management role.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Knowledge of ERP systems.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
