Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Solutioning & Projects This role will manage and drive IT RFP (Pre-sales) and End to End IT Transition Management for External Clients of the Organization in the Contact Center IT Infrastructure and Application Management areas. You are expected to carry out solution design and project management for internal and external projects. The role is key to win new business by providing cost effective solutions and doing the transitions first time right. Responsibilities Responsible for the technology solutions and IT infrastructure delivery for the assigned Projects / assignment Manage multiple customers internal or external Drive Productivity Initiatives in the Organization Relationship management - interface with business stakeholders Support Business for IT solution presentations Working on IT Pricing /Budgets Ensuring Project Delivery as per Project management methodology Understand IT infra landscape and strategy Support transitions and business migration Familiarize with Pricing Understand Genpact offerings that can be customized to meet customer requirements Qualifications we seek in you!
