At Rebel Foods we were well positioned to take advantage of the catastrophic events that played out. Going out to grab a meal became a no-go and ordering in became the go-to. As the pandemic continued to play out, the Launcher model took shape. The model allows brands to occupy space in our kitchens for a fixed monthly fee, utility charges and no other hidden outgoings. All the other benefits have been described earlier. About the role: As a Senior Manager, you are positioned at the epicenter of the defining & building business models revolving around 3P Brands. You will be responsible for identifying revenue generating opportunities (short & long term) and executing high growth projects. To really excel at this role, you will need to think like the owner of the businesses that you manage - You will be expected to run experiments and pilots for growth hacks, to validate hypothesis and scale the same across relevant brands You will identify consumer needs/pain points across food missions, design products / brands to cater to those needs and work with cross-functional teams to launch the products / brands and deliver on key customer / business metrics You will have to think like a Brand Manager and you will be required to build solid partner relations with brands to get continuous feedback on building and growing the Launcher platform it will be important to win the trust of the partner and enable them to open multiple locations by leveraging our existing kitchen network You would need to get into the DNA of the partner's products and really understand the nitty gritty to be most effective. You would need to pre-empt demand surges, identify seasonality of the products, and manage cross-functional relationships within the Rebel organization. We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very internal & external role. Customer obsession immersing oneself in their needs, converting their views into insights and insights into business plan/ actionables Self-starter and hustling attitude: Ability to move the entire organization constructively in order to make things happen Good communication skills (verbal + written) as you will be facing the client directly Good collaborator, as you will be working with multiple functions like content, ops, legal, SCM & finance Proficient in MS excel Analytical bent of mind, strong ability to understand and interpret data Strong relevant experience in Program Management and Stakeholder / Partner Management. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills. Your chances increase if you have the following: Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years or MBA with 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, B2B/Corporate Sales or Client Facing Roles Experience of operating a Restaurant / Cloud kitchen & relationships with Online Restaurant Aggregators The Rebel Culture Finally, but most importantly, Rebel is not a usual workplace.
