Location: - Santacruz(Kalina) / Thane / Vashi / Kalyan / Borivali / Goregaon / Kandivali / Vidyavihar * Manager / Sr. Manager-(Secured/Unsecured Loans)- 50 nos.
We have immediate openings in our Client for multiple job profile. Job Location: - Mumbai. (Only Mumbai Candidate ) Product: - All Types Of Loans (Secured/Unsecured Loans) & Insurance \xe2\x80\x93 FEMALE / MALE
Duties and Responsibilities: -
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone
etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and
building new relationships
\xef\x82\xb7 Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct sales promotion activities through DSA and Sales Executives in open market and improve
relationships through expos and events, various activities etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor\'s, Connectors, CA, DSAs and corporate to leverage business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of
those services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products PL,BL,HL,ML,LAP etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets
\xef\x82\xb7 Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file
logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for recruiting and motivating team to perform at optimum levels in the region
\xef\x82\xb7 Looking for candidate who managed team and done individual business as well in sales
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and by managing a team of business development executives
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
Key Skills: .
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to interact effectively with a wide range staff throughout the company.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
\xef\x82\xb7 High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in a Sales driven organization (BFSI/Insurance/Real Estate Experience:
Qualification: - Any Graduate/MBA-Finance/Marketing \xef\x82\xb7 2-10 years in a relevant role/ BFSI etc.
CTC: - 03 Lac pa- 12 Lac pa + Incentive(Based on Candidate)
Experience: - 2-10 years
Working Days: - Monday To Saturday (all 6 days) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 91,200,000.00 per year Schedule:
