- The candidate should have worked for Secured/Unsecured Loans in BFSI space

- The candidate should be a CA/MBA

- Should have knowledge of Policy making, Hind sighting, Portfolio monitoring and reporting

- Minimum work experience - 7 years

Job Summary :

- As a Policy Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and mitigating policy-related risks that may impact the organization.

- You will analyze regulatory changes, legislative developments, and industry trends to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to senior management.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.

- Additionally, you will stay updated on emerging policies and regulations that may impact the organization\'s operations and make proactive recommendations to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, legislative developments, and industry trends to identify potential policy-related risks.

- Assess the impact of policy changes on the organization\'s operations, strategies, and risk profile.

- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance or potential vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and mitigate policy risks.

- Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on policy-related risks and mitigation strategies.

- Stay updated on emerging policies, regulations, and best practices relevant to the organization\'s industry.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations, to stay informed about policy developments.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate policy-related risks and mitigation strategies to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

- Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees about policy requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
