About the role

SAP S/4 HANA QM Consultant for a world leading pharmaceutical company which operates in over 100 countries and is head quartered in the United Kingdom. The candidate should possess broad functional knowledge in their domain and in-depth technical knowledge in the SAP Quality Management in S/4 HANA. The Candidate should also have strong integration knowledge of QM with PP, MM, WM & PM Modules. The candidate must have good exposure to Pharmaceutical Industry and its related processes.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities of Role

• As a SAP S/4 HANA QM Lead Consultant, will be responsible in providing support activities in Quality Management Module in Application Maintenance and ability to work in Projects related to Application Development in S/4 HANA.
• Will be working closely with the Architects and Business Stakeholders in delivering Incremental Changes and Bug fixes.
• Must have the ability to work in Large, medium, and simple S/4 Projects
• Ability to work multi-functionally with the QM Team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts & from office.

Skills and Experience

Crucial

• Expertise in the respective business domain and SAP S/4 HANA QM Module.
• Must have strong knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA QM Configuration Management.
• Must have Quality Management implementation experience in migration/transformation from ECC to S4 HANA and preferred to have exposure to standard Fiori Apps from the catalogue.
• Must have strong knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA QM related master data like Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Methods, Inspection Plans, Inspection Setup in Material Masters, Sampling Procedure, Sampling Scheme, Dynamic Modification Rule and Quality Information Record and its relevant Fiori apps.
• Must possess strong functional Knowledge in QM Processes such as Incoming Inspection, Inprocess Inspection, Recurring Inspection, Notification Process, Source Inspection and Customer Returns.
• Should have knowledge on Batch Management in SAP S/4 HANA QM
• Should have knowledge on technical aspects related to S/4 HANA QM such as Enhancements, BADI/BAPI\xe2\x80\x99s, Tables and Function Modules.
• Must have strong knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA QM integration with APO, PP, MM, PM & EWM modules.
• Must have knowledge on analysing interface failures through Idoc Monitoring.
• Should have worked in workflow in SAP and have an ability to fix workflow related requirements and issues.
• Exposure to Solution Manager and handling organisational change.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and suggest process improvements in Business Processes.
• Experience working in globally distributed team.
• Should be able to prepare documents such as business processes, functional specifications based on the requirements as per SAP Activate Methodology, awareness on Agile Methodology and applications like JIRA. Also, must have an experience in BPML.
• Should be able to prepare Test scenarios, test scripts for a business process and good to have advanced testing tools & automation.
• Able to understand configuration dependencies between modules of SAP.
• Experience in Incident & Organizational Change tools like SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow.
• Should have good knowledge on ITIL and Application life cycle management processes.
• SAP S/4 HANA Quality Management Certification required.

Desirable

• Exposure to EWM, PP & PM on the integration aspects of QM will be desired.

Education Background

• Graduate or Postgraduate.
