: Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and relationship officers
• Achieve monthly and annual personal loan sales targets
• Develop and expand sourcing channels (DSA, referrals, branch walk-ins, digital leads, etc.)
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversion ratios
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with credit and regulatory policies
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
• Support team in closing high-value or complex cases
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for smooth loan disbursement

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and MIS reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in retail lending or banking sales
• At least 1-2 years in a team-handling or managerial role
• Experience in personal loans, unsecured loans, or consumer finance preferred
