To ensure Distributor & Dealer satisfaction
Execute product plan by having Product Launches in time by coordination with Product Development Team.
To ensure liaising with Government & PR activities with various ministries in target markets
Strong business & personal relationships with major export houses in India & overseas markets to manage the bulk deal opportunities
To ensure dealer & distributor Manpower capability building
To ensure people capability building
To ensure high brand equity of Mahindra in the overseas locations
To identify strategic locations for channel development and market representation
Collaboration and regular interaction with Support Functions (Business Planning, Customer Care, Product, Logistics, Finance) for ensuring smooth business flow
Experience
Around 10-12 years in Sales; Business Development

Qualifications
BE (Mechanical / Automobile) + MBA Marketing (Preferable)
