They will be responsible for establishing operational objectives, participating with other managers/teams in crafting and supporting strategic plans and implementing various programs to mitigate risk and build exceptional employee experiences. Our team truly makes a difference and is part of what makes Adobe an extraordinary place to work What you will do Work with Regional Director Safety and Security u2013 India to establish overall security and safety strategic objectives for the site that support the companyu2019s and departmentu2019s key objectives. Implement and deliver programs to support the objectives and build cross-functional support relationships to influence partners and improve compliance. Responsible for contract security vendor management. Act as liaison between the Global Safety & Security Team and local employees in all areas of safety and security and any other duties as assigned. Meet with site leaders, local executives, and BU heads to understand their objectives and develop plans to mitigate risk exposure and improve employee safety through business operations to enable BU success. Responsible for establishing Safety and security staffing and program support and monitoring and controlling all spending for your Area of Responsibility. Perform/support investigations in partnership with Legal, Employee Experience, and other groups as the need arises for policy violations, worker misconduct, criminal activity, workplace threats, and other potential risks to Adobe and its personnel. Establish local Incident Management Program and Emergency Response Teams, conduct training and act as an onsite incident manager in an emergency or disaster, and support the companyu2019s business continuity program. Develop positive relationships with Global Site Operations/Facilities, Real Estate, and Workplace Experience teams to deliver and support exceptional programs and services for employees. Conduct detailed site Security and Health & Safety Assessments and work with appropriate management to resolve any problems/concerns encountered. Coordinate site Safety Committees, prepare safety reports and track safety mitigation activities. u2022 Respond, investigate, and report all information regarding theft, alarms, accidents, injuries, and other incidents that may occur at the assigned sites. Responsible for assisting with new employee safety and security orientation, EH&S, and other onsite safety and security programs. Conduct risk assessment and provide security support at onsite events in support of CSR activity, marketing team or other business units. Manage and coordinate delivery of emergency response training, safety training and other programs for employees through vendors and other country GSS personnel. Represent GSS on Employeesu2019 Site Council. Provide security support to facilities project teams for office construction/refit, and moves to include system design, vendor coordination and final testing for the facilities assigned. Ensure that office(s) are in compliance with all Global Safety and Security guidelines and Corporate Policies. Establish relationships with Local Law Enforcement, Fire Department, and Emergency Response, and Local Community Stakeholders. Overall responsibility for security operations management and delivery at sites handled. Responsible for leading security vendors, budgets and approving invoices and expenses. May also be assigned similar duties for other areas outside of the assigned office(s) as needed. What you need to succeed Bacheloru2019s degree required and at least 20 years related work experience, 15 years of which should be in corporate security management. Hands-on experience with the management of large vendor security contracts. Proven experience in leading 24/7 Security Operations Centers with teams with sophisticated strengths and responsibility for country/regional/global level monitoring and support. Proven experience in working with multi-regional Global Safety & Security teams and on global projects. Experience in roles where they had responsibility for making life safety decisions. Proven knowledge of operations of access control, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Visitor Management systems, and the ability to read and understand floor plans, diagrams, and system schematics. Corporate investigative experience and previous Law Enforcement, military, or related government experience preferred. Ability to evaluate sophisticated issues, influence leaders, and create workable solutions vertically and horizontally in a matrixed organization. Ability to inspire, empower, and lead a sophisticated organization, and demonstrate strong leadership without ego. Strong collaborator who thrives in building lasting partnerships.
