Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report In this role, we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reconciliation and will work closely with onshore stakeholders. Are you the one we are looking for! Responsibilities . Manage multiple stakeholders . Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month . Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls . Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements . Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required . Takes responsibility as senior manager, within the financial environment, for monitoring performance, and managing the service in an efficient and effective manner . Drive continuous improvement of processes to bring in efficiencies and process enhancements . Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, robust risk and compliance adherence . Manage and build high performing teams, retention of workforce, Reward and Recognition of team members, cross skilling and support team members in coaching / mentoring, career progression etc. Qualifications Minimum qualifications . Candidate with B.Com degree . Meaningful work experience Preferred qualifications . Candidates with CA Inter degree & Meaningful work experience in General Ledger . Very good written and verbal communication skills . Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel .
