Rewards Specialist - Statutory & Compliance
Reporting To : Head - HR Direct Role
Location : Hyderabad
:
- As a Statutory and Compliance Specialist within our HR team, you play a critical role in ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to employee and labor processes in India.
- You will be responsible for managing compliance, providing guidance, and ensuring that our HR practices align with local laws and best practices.
- The measures of success will be Zero instances of legal non-compliance, Timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns and reports, Implementation of corrective actions of identifying high risk areas Accuracy and confidentiality in personnel file maintenance.
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in HR compliance and statutory compliance roles in India.
- Proficiency in using HR software and compliance management tools.
- Familiarity with Indian payroll processing, HRIS systems, and employee file management.
