The Role Responsibilities Job Role The job holder is responsible to support CPBB AME in delivery of Regulatory BOW. Processes Ensure Regulatory changes are implemented in Country either through system enhancements or through process changes, without scope creep. Collaborate with stake holders to understand regulations, mapping to CPBB Process Universe, agree on adherence approach and raise the necessary changes. Provide feedback to countries to enable country seek extension from Regulators as appropriate. Ensure UAT scenarios are comprehensive. Ensure Project deliverables are maintained end to end accurately. Collaborate with Catch hives and ensure that the delivery is in line with the requirement agreed. Create and Maintain quality Project status outputs to be provided to Senior Stakeholders and Governance Committees. Maintain and update the Project Document Repository (PDR) accurately for audit support and compliance. Ensure project goes live in line with System Development Framework and governance requirements in line with Change Governance Policy are met. Ensure process is documented before go-live. People and Talent Collaborate with colleagues in PDU as well as stakeholders in Retail Countries in AME to understand requirements, influence process design with an aim to standardize processes across AME. Risk Management Ensure process and system design align to applicable Control Standards in impacted process, align to Client journeys to enhance Client experience. Challenge additional requirements in practice in countries against standards basis applicable Local Regulations / System constraints. Governance Meet governance requirements as per CPBB Process Universe and Change Governance Policy. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct.
