JOB DESCRIPTION AS Senior Manager, Refrigeration Solutions Sales, you will: Responsible for budgeted sales from existing cold chain OEMs, Wholesalers, Small-Scale Industry OEMs, refrigeration contractors and end users Work on new business opportunities and focus actions on developing cold chain projects/ business Regularly update the cold chain market size, any specific movement, deviation or trend taking place in the market. Build project inquiry base, track status and provide updates Understand customer requirement in detail and offer complete Emerson product and project solutions to cold chain customers Ensure end user influence by supporting and coordinating training & project design for key cold chain markets. Pursue new product penetration as well as existing product penetration in new application or unchartered territories Work with Application Engineers, Product Engineers, Plant and Quality team for qualifying new products in existing applications or existing products in new applications. Lead, coach, mentor and develop a high-performance team that delivers continuous improvement Regularly update the cold chain market size & share, any specific movement, deviation or trend taking place in the market. Influence key end users, influencers, consultants, contractors & concerned stakeholders in the cold chain market. Consultative selling for engaging & winning end users, contractors & key influencers Pursue new product penetration as well as existing product penetration in new application or unchartered territories for growing market share Required education, experienced and skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical/Refrigeration Management degree in Marketing will be an added advantage 15-20 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years of consultative selling experience in refrigeration/cold chain projects Basic knowledge of electronics is expected Knowledge of HVACR industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought About Emerson Emerson is a leading global technology, software and engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
