This opportunity is to be part of our mission towards operational excellence. As quality manager you will use quality management tools and craft precision through SOPs, inspire TQM, and drive improvements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities\xe2\x80\x8b

  • Maintain ISO9001 & ISO14001 Certification.
  • To initiate and manage CSATs and drive improvements
  • Facilitate Internal, External Audits and customer audits.
  • Establish Process manuals and SOP initiation with effective document control management
  • Responsible for conducting ISO9001 & ISO14001 trainings and awareness sessions
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL process and Incident Management
  • Monitoring implementation of all Quality Initiatives
Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what\'s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or Computer science,
  • Any Quality related certification like Lead auditor for ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • You have profound experience in overall Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in facilitating Internal and External Audits
  • Ability to work on QMS and basic document management knowledge
  • Experience on conducting trainings and awareness sessions for process improvements.
  • Experience in handling basics of incidents and ITIL process
  • Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to interact and get job done from peers & other departments
