Job Description
Our client is a top life insurance company based at Mumbai.
We are undertaking search for a Sr. Manager - Quantitative Research
- Building a project plan with clear timelines for each milestone, co-ordinate and executing assigned projects
- Designing research instruments
- Working closely with project teams to monitor fieldwork, issues, and resolution
- Insight generation, interpreting complex data sets to design a report which answers study objectives
- Conduct focus group discussions, in-depth interviews with consumers, advisors to gather feedback on brand, products, and services
- Craft personas and other information (journey maps) to communicate insights
- Required to travel to field locations within India
Education : MBA from a tier 1 or 2+ institute
