AVP/Senior Manager - Financial Reporting - Life Insurance (8+ years)

Location : Gurgaon
Your future employer : India's largest life insurance company and non-bank private-sector life insurer present from last 20 yrs.
Responsibilities :
1. Supporting Statutory/Internal auditors by providing timely data and ensuring successful completion of the same
2. Submission of various reports to IRDAI/Life counsel, providing information/details required by IRDAI/Life counsel etc.
3. Preparing of deck, ensuring timely submission of Audit committee/Board deliverables, reviewing policies approved by Audit Committee/Board and closure of ATR's
4. Ensuring compliance with IRDAI Regulations, Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Internal Controls Framework etc.
5. Providing data to management/various teams as and when required
6. Supporting in the Routing IGAAP/Ind AS financials and SEBI results
Requirements :
1. Chartered Accountant
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience post qualification
3. Life Insurance experience in Financial Reporting
4. Good knowledge of I GAAP, IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, SEBI and IRDAI regulations
