- Plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.
- Work with vendors.
- Determining and negotiating prices.
- Evaluating, assessing, and selecting vendors based on quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate lower pricing.
- Determine and track departmental KPIs.
- Receiving purchase requisitions/orders and verifying for accuracy and authorization.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses.
- Perform cost analysis.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Responsible for purchasing of inventory, and supplies.
- Periodically evaluating vendors/suppliers.
- Evaluating price breaks to determine the most economical option.
- Preparing vendor contracts and negotiating terms with vendors.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- Proven experience in the eCommerce sector.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have good management and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
